These terms of service constitute a legally binding agreement applicable to all users of the PraLast platform. By using the platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
As PRALAST LASTİK İNŞAAT TURİZM SEYAHAT ACENTELİĞİ OTOMOTİV GIDA İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., we provide on-site tyre repair, fitting and roadside assistance services for cars and SUVs.

Payment and Subscription
- Service fees are clearly communicated to the user in advance.
- The system works on a subscription basis and all payments are invoiced.
- Secure (SSL) payment infrastructure is provided for credit and debit cards.
- Prices may vary according to service type and location.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Important rules you should know about our subscription system:
Once the purchase is completed, subscription packages fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal and cannot be refunded, even if no service has yet been started.
- •Subscriptions are not renewed automatically when they expire; control remains with the user.

5. Dispute Resolution
Competent Authority
For all disputes arising from this agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices located at the Company's registered head office (Diyarbakır) shall have jurisdiction.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Turkish law and the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection.
